Andrew Luck Has Started A Book Club

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/15352050/andrew-luck-indianapolis-colts-launches-book-club

Have you always wanted to be in a book club?  Well how about being in a book club ran by a former Stanford nerd who looks like a neanderthal, has a weird ass voice, and is currently maybe the most overrated quarterback in the NFL?  Well, then the Andrew Luck book club is for you!  How did this come about you ask?  I'll let Luck explain that.

"I've been called the unofficial librarian of the Colts, which is kind of cheesy," Luck said. "But the truth is that I love to read both fiction and nonfiction and I feel strongly about the power of reading. So I thought, 'Why not start a real book club?'"

Definitely something that every rational person thinks.  The best part is that he split it into categories, rookies and veterans.  Rookies is books he read as a kid, and veteran is, you guessed it, books he read as an adult!  I don't know if I can handle all the ALBC (that's the Andrew Luck Book Club for you lame-0s who aren't cool enough for the club) is throwing at me.  The first books are "Maniac Magee" for the rookies, an all time classic that you read when you're in 5th grade then prob never again.  The Veterans get to indulge themselves with "Boys in a Boat."  Never read it, honestly never heard of it, but I bet it kicks ass!  So instead of Andrew Luck only giving books to his teammates, he's sharing his books with the world.  ALBC could be what takes Luck to that next level every NFL expert is predicting him to reach every year since his rookie year.  Real game changer.

PS-  Way to dig deep for that book club name Andrew.  Were all the good book club names taken?  I mean you're Stanford grad who couldn't come up with anything better than the Andrew Luck Book Club?  It's both funny and a letdown.  I'd call it "Turn the page."  Or since where talking about Andy Luck "Turnover the page!"  (pretend there was a rimshot after that one)  I'd be all in for Turnover the Page.
